Everything was good, magnificent location close enough to a store that sells inexpensive men's and women's clothing and great restaurants and a shopping mall, amicable staff. The service was absolutely excellent! Moreover, it was easy to park on site.

It was a quiet hotel in a nice area, really close to good restaurants, a convenient shopping mall, and a store that sells inexpensive men's and women's clothing. The room was very lovely, comfy bed. And our bathroom was excellent. The service was excellent and the location was marvellous. We ordered lunch at Rustik Pizza-Burguer, located steps away from the venue. We enjoyed the stay, it was a GREAT experience.

We were pleasantly surprised by the location of Golden Palermo. It was nestled in a quiet residential area, away from the touristy hustle and bustle. Despite this, it was still very easy to get around the city, either by a short taxi ride or a refreshing 20-minute walk to the Metro. The area felt safe, and we had no trouble finding transportation. Breakfast was a delightful experience, with a complimentary typical Colombian breakfast served every morning. The wait staff were friendly and attentive, making our mornings even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and tidy, ensuring a comfortable stay. we had a great time and would definitely recommend Golden Palermo to others traveling to Medellin.

Had a great time at this budget hotel! Loved the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the place. the area where it’s located is quiet, yet conveniently close to local restaurants and cafes where I could get great food. One of its best aspects is that it offers complimentary breakfast that was simple yet good and delicious. I also enjoyed the firm beds that helped me sleep well.

The only downside of my stay was the noise within the facility that made it hard to sleep properly, so I couldn’t sleep well for all three nights. the personnel at the front desk could use some more retraining in terms of friendliness, attention to customer satisfaction, and trusting the clients.

I spent my Christmas at a hotel in Laureles, close to everything you might need.
